Dangerous Electrics (suspended prison sentence)

Prosecution for dangerous electrics under s.3(2) of Britain’s Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and Regulation 3(1)(b) of Britain’s Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 results in a suspended prison sentence and mandatory community service.
