Fatality on Land (HSWA Fine)

Prosecution for breach of s.3(1) of Britain’s Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 (HSWA) results in a fine for the company (a tenant of a country estate) whose actions led to the death of a teenager while riding his motorbike on a track on the land.
