New Scotland Duty of Care Regulations (Query)

2014 duty of care regulations come into force in Scotland on 1st March 2014 (SSI 4).

Subscribers to Cardinal paid-for Tailored EHS Legislation Registers will have their systems updated for that date, and an Email Alert issued.

The Email Alert will identify any actions and confirm any changes.

It can be seen from the infographic, that paper waste transfer notes will no longer be needed.

In fact, Edoc is a 4 year programme to develop a national, internet-based system to monitor the collection, transportation and disposal of waste materials across the UK, co-financed by the EU LIFE+ programme, rolled out from January 2014.
